Returns
If you're not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unused and in their original packaging, except where defective.
Non-Returnable Items
For the safety of all pets, opened food, treats, and health or pharmacy items can only be returned if they arrive defective or damaged.
How to Request a Refund
- Email support@companionandco.com with your order number.
- We'll provide a prepaid return label.
- Once your return is received and inspected, your refund is processed to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
