These terms govern your use of the FirstGroceries store, operated by Mia Karts LLC. By placing an order you accept them.

2. Using the store
You agree to give accurate information when ordering and to use the store lawfully. You must be at least 18, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to place an order. Certain products are age-restricted and may require proof of age on delivery.
3. Products and availability
We describe products as accurately as we can, but packaging, formulation and images can change. Always read the label on the product you receive, particularly for allergen and dietary information. Availability is not guaranteed; if an item is out of stock when we pick your order we will tell you and refund it.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars and may change. The price that applies is the one shown at the moment you place the order. Payment terms are set out on the Billing & Payments page.
5. Orders and contract
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we confirm dispatch. We may decline an order — for example where an item is unavailable, a price was listed in error, or we suspect fraud — and will refund any amount taken.
6. Delivery
Delivery terms, timings and areas are described on the Shipping & Delivery Information page. Estimates are estimates, not guarantees.
7. Returns and refunds
Your return and refund rights are set out in the Return & Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law.
8. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe it has been compromised.
9. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to interfere with the store, scrape it at scale, resell products commercially without our agreement, or submit false reviews or reports.
10. Intellectual property
The FirstGroceries name, site design, text and graphics belong to Mia Karts LLC or its licensors. Product names, brands and packaging belong to their respective owners and appear here to identify the goods we sell.
11. Limitation of liability
We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of these terms. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from events outside our reasonable control. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
13. Changes
We may update these terms. The version published here when you place an order is the version that applies to it.
