How to Track
- Check your inbox for the shipping confirmation email we sent when your order left our warehouse.
- Click the Track Your Package button inside that email to see real-time delivery updates.
- If you created an account at checkout, you can also log in and view your order history and tracking under My Orders.
When Will My Tracking Update?
Most orders ship within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, tracking information can take up to 24 hours to show movement as the carrier scans your package.
Haven't Received Tracking?
If it has been more than 2 business days since you ordered and you haven't received a shipping confirmation, please check your spam folder first, then reach out through our Contact page and our U.S.-based support team will help right away.
