Information we collect
- You give us — name, delivery and billing address, email, phone number, and order contents.
- Automatically — device and browser type, IP address, pages viewed and referring site, gathered through cookies and similar technologies.
- From partners — our payment processor confirms whether a payment succeeded and shares limited card metadata such as the last four digits and card brand.
We do not collect or store full payment card numbers.
How we use it
- To take, pick, deliver and support your orders.
- To communicate about an order, a delivery or an issue you have raised.
- To send marketing where you have asked for it — you can unsubscribe from any message.
- To detect and prevent fraud and abuse.
- To understand how the store is used so we can improve it.
Sharing

Order records are kept for as long as needed to serve you and to meet tax and accounting obligations. Marketing contact details are kept until you unsubscribe.

Children
The store is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Traffic to and from the store is encrypted in transit. Payments are handled by PCI-compliant processors. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password for your account.
