What counts as an issue
- Damaged — crushed, leaking, torn or broken in transit.
- Spoiled — chilled or frozen goods that arrived warm, or fresh items past their best.
- Expired — an item delivered on or past its use-by date.
- Incorrect — you received something you did not order, or the wrong size or variant.
- Defective — a non-food item that does not work as it should.
- Missing — an item on your invoice that was not in the delivery.
What we need from you
- Your order number.
- The product name, and the quantity affected.
- A short description of the problem.
- Photos where the issue is visible — the item, the label, and the outer packaging if it was damaged in transit.
- The batch or use-by date for a spoilage or expiry report, if you still have the packaging.
Report it
Use the Product Issues Form, or email accounts@miakarts.com with the details above. You can also call +1 (844) 520-1414.
What happens next
- You receive an acknowledgement with a reference as soon as the report reaches us.
- A member of the team reviews it, normally within one business day.
- We confirm the outcome — a replacement on your next delivery, or a refund to your original payment method.
- Refunds are processed within 2 business days of approval; your bank then takes 3–10 business days to post it.
Please do not dispose of a damaged or spoiled item until we have confirmed the outcome, in case we need to see it. Never eat anything you suspect is spoiled.
Timeframes
Report perishables within 48 hours of delivery. Non-perishables and non-food items can be reported for 30 days. If you spot a fault later than that, contact us anyway — manufacturer warranties may still apply.
